Need a Webhost + .htaccess

I need a free webhost that accepts the .htaccess file in the root, and also has at least 10gb of bandwidth per month and 200MB of space, PHP + Mysql.

I saw that this site is a large supply of free webhosts, but them not say
to accept .htaccess.
