Need a web designer! Where to post?

I'm considering having my site redesigned a little, and I know nothing about web design. I do NOT need hosting, just design. Where do I find designers?

BTW, I have a really popular site I can offer free advertising of your web design business on. I do not have a ton of cash. So I'm sure it's a given that only beginning web designers would be interested...

Try freelancer.com it is one of the best places where you can hire web designers.
