To host my forum which has about 5000 unique and 50,000 pageviews daily,I need a new webhost.
Stability and good service is most important for me

My budet is just $10 per month
I need
5Gb webspace
100G bandwidth
cpanel with parked and addon domains,mysql and so on

I wonder if the rules of some hosting company has spacial limits such as cpu or ram usage for every site.I hope no limit.

Can anyone recommand me some webhost who has personal experience with them

You may find that your forum is not suitable in a shared environment because of the high amount of traffic. Some hosts have certain limits on how much CPU and RAM an individual user may use, this varies between hosts.

Your website would be more suited to a VPS or a dedicated server but as you may know, you will have to increase your budget as these cost much more. As for your torrent files and mp3 files, mosts hosts will not allow them as they are most likely copyrighted and therefore illegal to distribute.

I really don't know how many usage my forum based on vbb it takes
if the server specs is Dual Xeon2.8 and 2GB Ram.
Can anyone who has the experience about it tell me?
Will the host company complain me if my site get high usage as more than 10% of the CPU?
 
A good hosting company will let you know that your site is causing problems, if your site is causing other clients to have problems then a temp ban might be the best option while you & your host work on a solution.

There are million's of hosting companies out there, your best bet would be, look for reviews on hosts you like, narrow it down to a few & ask for people's opinions. Just be sure, there many hosts out there looking to scam you but as long as you check them out first (IE look for reviews) you should be fine :).

I don't think he is looking for offers but rather other clients who can recommend a host and not hosts recommending themselves.
