Need a Long Term Hosting

I need a webhost that can fulfill the following requirements:

* No advertisements on user websites.
* No forum posting.
* Stability. Will not close in the middle of the night.
* Speed. Pages don't take forever to load during peak times.
* At least 5 MySQL databases.
* PHP Support
* At least 1000MB of space.
* At least 10GB of bandwidth.
* Ability to use own domain.
* cPanel with Manually Backup Enabled

I already Visited Free Webhost Offer Section. There are many Hosts fulfill my Requirements... But They need some thing more Difficult like NOT SUPPORT ASIAN countries

no offense but 1GB of space and 10GB B/W is not very likely to happen, it may though so I wish you the best of luck.

1GB BW is little lower... Could u plz Increase it to 5GB (at least)
Bcoz in my site there are some mp3's of 500KB to 1MB
 
There are hosts that would accommodate you in your request, but what are these MP3s? Alot of hosts will not allow you to host them due to copyright and DL reasons.

Mp3's are not CopyRights of any body . . its only the Duration of max 1 minute ... and the whole site is not on Mp3... Maximum of 50-70 MB mp3's and 300 MB other Data...
 
I would still suggest saying what these MP3s are (demos, speach, etc) just so a host can offer a package or advise you legally if there are any conflicts.
