actually my current project to create some statistic.
I will crawl few forum/blog sites to collect some data.
there will be only one or highest two connection active for almost 24 hours via my php pages.
I will crawl websites with a php page and save pages into mysql.
no illegal use. it require some good computer resources (like a proxy).
user will be highest two (no external visitor).
so what i need, cpanel is good (alternative is okey), mysql require, good bandwidth and able to use proxy like resources.

Also, give us an idea of what resources you require, in regards to space and bandwidth consumption.

can you share hosting service host a site which is like a proxy site?
or directly asking, can your share hosting offer able to hosting a proxy site? though this is not a proxy.

We wouldn't advise you a shared hosting because it wont allow you to use proxy. Even if you try shared hosting sooner or later you will have to buy a VPS or some cheep dedicated server. So the most reasonable option within your budget will be the VPS.
