Need a free hosting for personal site

I'm looking for a free web host with no ads, pop ups or banners etc. and no forum posts required. - though I'll put your banner/s on the credits page and other sorts of your promotion.
  • Website type: Personal website (with blog, personal image gallery, downloads [my own creations] etc.)
  • Webspace: 200MB or more
  • Bandwidth: 1Gb or more
    Others:
  • 5 or more MYSQL
  • PHP
  • 1 or more FTP
  • Better if with CPanel with Fantastico and webmail
  • Subdomain and open to a domain hosting as I'm planning to buy a domain after I settled on a web host.
  • I might cancel/remove my account at some point - or if it's available for an upgrade for a piad hosting, that would be better.

No personal site will be needing 200GB.
I think only YouTube or similar sites will need that kind of space.
