I am currently in need of a dedicated server with these specs:

P4 3.2 Ghz
80GB Hard Drive
At Least 1200GB Bandwidth
1024 MB RAM
cPanel/WHM/Fantastico
CentOS 4.x (doesn't have to be, can be any other OS other than a Windows)
100Mbps, 99.9% network uptime SLA
UnManaged

My price range is around $300 or less a month. I can pay by Credit Card only.

Centos 4 X is the latest and stable version and most hosts are doing upgrades from RH and others to Centos , so get centos only. Plus what will be ur form of payment? And also BW requirements?

Also please state if u want managed or unmanaged server.

Unmanaged means that you will handle your server by yourself.
Basically it's cheaper because you will do all things in your server by yourself.
Example: Upgrading OS/Php/MySql , Install software, monitoring your server, maximise your system security, backup/restore files and other stuffs regarding your server.

Well Managed means that the provider/hoster will handle your server,
It cost around $25 ish more expensive somehow, can be more depend on the hoster. Basically when hoster say fully managed, it means that they will manage all stuffs that I describe in the unmanaged. But when they say semi-managed, then they will not do all management.
