need a cheap uk host

hi i need a cheap uk host with around
domain hosting
100-250mb of space
5gig+ of bandwidth
php, mysql, cgi, perl, ssl
full ftp
and i need this less then £40 a year
or post hosts that are cheap and under £40 a year.
this is my first time going for paid but i have to make sure my mum and dad will let me get a paid host i am only 14.

I have 3 sites with Square Internet.
They are a good price, and fast speeds. But unfortuantely they've been hacked once this year, and they are currently havind some more "security concerns", but other than that they are very reliable.
