Need 200-500 mb's of space

Hi, I need to get free webhosting that will give me over 200 mb's of space & atleast 2 or more gigs of bandwith. I need:
5+ mysql databases
1 or more nameservers (for my free domain (gamers.puck3d.net)
200 or more MB's of space (as said above)
No post requirements to obtain/keep the hosting account
Must be able to have my own ads on my site
Adless hosting from the provider (they don't force me to put their ads up, (only exception is
if it is required on the main page only)

And also, please mention how long the host has been around (whether it be month's, days or years)

I said that I would like one that does not require posting to activate and or keep the account, yet I found this on one of your pages:

Beginner (10 posts per month)
Our Beginner plan will supply you with 100 MB of disk space and 500 MB of bandwidth.

Business (20 posts per month)
Our Business plan will supply you with 150 MB of disk space and 750 MB of bandwidth.

Industrial (30 posts per month)
Our Industrial plan will supply you with 200 MB of disk space and 1 GB of bandwidth.

Mega (50 posts per month)
Our Mega plan will supply you with 500 MB of disk space and 5 GB of bandwidth.
