Going to transfer a domain from Host Once to NameCheap and I want to know if Host Once refuses to give up the domain, does NameCheap still take the $8.88/yr fee? or do they charge after the domain is transferred? I'm going to pay by PayPal (once they take it out of my bank account)...

Well, my guess is that reputable companies will only charge you if successful. Better drop them an email to be sure. Btw...I just came from namechump and their site was so crappy and non-functioning, I just left. I'd go with Godaddy...rated #1 :D
