Namecheap.com hosting service?

Threads about Godaddy's hosting services stand out on all ther forums, but recently I read that Namecheap.com introduced hosting services as well. Has anybody tried them?

What do you think makes registrars extend the sphere of their services?

I can see problems, Namecheap is good at selling domains, same as Godaddy but Godaddy doesnt actually sell you the hosting, they outsource all there hosting sales to another company .
