My trouble with clicksor

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I used clicksor on my website and recently it has given me spyware to the point that I just reformatted my computer to get rid of it all, and it almost did the same again! Needless to say I took the ads off my site, but I just wanted to post this so people can watch out for it. I don't know if this has become something clicksor allows or not but it happened to me!

Btw, this is not an official "complaint", just a story of what happened. I am going to contact them about this.

EDIT: It's been resolved! As always the clicksor support system came through for me. It seems an advertiser cheated and slipped in an ad that contained the spyware, their account has been suspended!

That's why i use Adsense not Clicksor.

I've never seen that problem with clicksor in my few years of experience.

You sure it isnt from something you downloaded?

by any chance was it spyware that hijacked your browser and took you to a security site, and gave you popup messages from the system tray warning you about unwanted software on your pc...changes your hompage to some security site ?

If clicksor did that it would be against the law.
Spyware is illegal unless you agree to it being installed.
So if they install it without you knowing then you can file a lawsuit against them if you can afford a laywer.

yea, that was happening on a couple of my sites(some security suite thing), but now there gone

Yes, i can verify that some of their ads do contain spyware. Just turn on your spyware doctor and visit a site with their pop-under ads. It's very clear to see.

I remember having problems with stats but their tech guys fixed it for me.

That was a while ago so i dont know how they are now.

My problem with clicksor is that they display pornographic ads (even though I have never authorized that option). I have not contacted the support team yet.
