Review: This web host has plans for everyone. Let's say you are not so tech savvy, and you want to build your first page or a personal page, then you can chose the Free Hosting Plan, which gives you 150 MB's of space and 1 Gigs of bandwith (which converts to approx. maximum 25,000 visitors/month).
All plans have the Kloxo panel, it was a bit hard for me to understand this, as I was used to CPanel. But once you've figured out things and menus, you will see that Kloxo panel has some good tools. I enjoyed to use the AwStats tool to check my statistis and reffers, their browsers and OS.
They also have PHP Error log, you can set not to show errors on page but you can view the errors on Kloxo Panel from PHP Error log, see where the error is comming, from what file and the line.
You can block certain IP's straight from the panel on Advanced Tab located in the bottom of page.
You can have your very own custom error pages with Error Handlers tool.
You can schedule Backup from the Resources Tab.
The webmail can be read with Horde or RoundCube.
The site hosted at KN Webhosting aka RK Webhosting has a good speed on loading pages, I even compared with other free web hosts and they were slower.
The support is acceptable, I asked them to install a module for PHP and they installed for me and the owner is kind enough to ask you if you have any problems and work together to solve them.
The uptime: My website hosted there was never down yet, and hope it will never be.
