My ish.biz is down, need help, need php

I need a host:

-php
-no ads
-enough bandwith and space
-allows forums

I am making a forum (m old one is down), i won't use freeinvision or proboard or something like that.
I just need a server wich allows forum and php, cause i already got a mysql database.

any ideas, i can't view the site of breezeland, so not that host.

Alright than,
i tried breezeland and distncehost,
but breezeland doesn't load!!??
And distancehost says i isn't thursday but it is!!??

I know. distanthost's time applet is kinda confusing. It sounds that you have a site already, but ish.biz is down. Try those strict applications, such as neopages, fairmount, etc.

Well i'm an active member on the u69. forum.
Maybe i can get an account there.

Does anyone know another good host with points (except broadie)??

Are you creating a forum? I'm thinking about doing that too, but as there are already so many that look the same (YaBB, IBF, phpBB, vB, and UBB look more or less the same), I want a revolutionary layout. Although I have a few good ideas here and there, I'm having trouble coming up with unique things that are easy to use at the same time.
