Merging 2 Google accounts?

Is there a way to Merge 2 Google accounts?

I have a Youtube account on one domain (a yahoo email address), and then a Google Voice account on one of my business emails.

Is there a way to merge both together, so when I log in with one email, it will grand me access to both Google Voice and Youtube?

Youtube accounts were auto merged with google accounts. So it should be already merged. If you have a seperate google account that you use for voice then I don't think there is anything you can do.

Don't think it's possible with it being a different email.

I think it is not allowed. But I have successfully added my external email ID to gmail account. While compose, I can send from either of them
