Megaupload.com recent issues

What do you think it will happen to megaupload.com and its owners? Do you think the owner will get away? thepiratebay.org had similar issues in the past but the site is back and still serving torrents.

Anything can happen and we can't say that Megaupload will not recover.

Megaupload might be recovered but I am sure that they won't be allowing illegal stuff uploading and downloading anymore.

They will get a fine. What do you mean "get away"? He/she will have to pay the fine. They weren't doing anything illegal, they were just providing a free file hosting service. Also noted that its out of the US jurisdiction, piratebay is outside the US and cannot be fully contained.

They are still down. And their plan isn't to host "illegal content" it is to provide a free service.
