Magic Site Needs Host

I'm reposting my request because when I finally found a host, their site went down a week or two after I got my site up, and they haven't been back up since.

I'm setting up a site about magic. There won't be any wearz or anything illegal. User submitted videos and tutorials will be posted; that's why more space is needed.

I will be using free forum software until I've earned enough money through donations to spend on software such as IPBoard or vBulletin; nothing going on my site will be illegal in any form.

I own my own domain name already, I will provide it through a PM.

Requirements:

* Disk Space: 250+ MB.
* Bandwidth: 2.5+ GB.
* Sub Domains: 5+
* Parked Domains: 5+
* Addon Domains: 5+
* MySQL Databases:5+
* POP3 Emails: 5+
* Mailing Lists: 10+
* Latest Versions: cPanel, MySQL, PHP ~These are a must!


Ads can be discussed, though if you require them I'd like to make them for my site myself.

No posting requirement! I'll have my own forum to deal with!

I already have the basics of what I need ready to upload, so as soon as the domain is set to your server I'll begin uploading.

As the site grows, I may need to add more to what I've requested, but if needed I'd be willing to pay for more than you can offer free.

No problem providing that for a small button (88x31 pixel) you can work your own magic on it to fit.
I'm wondering why 1 site would need 5 addon and parked domains on a request though or is it just a figure plucked out of the air?
10 mailing lists also sounds bad for you, and latest versions of things could prove bad as they may not be stable versions.

So apologies if I sound hypercritical but I do try and check and vet when I can to save problems for any client later.
