If that's TRUE, then WHY THE HELL have my hosts been having such a problem with it?!?hottweelz said:I've hosted cgiproxy on my Big Dell boxes in a shared environment, NEVER had ONE SINGLE ISSUE.
$10 per month, Research, you've never heard of an "unhappy ChargerTek customer"

gahhhh, this confuses the hell out of me, and I don't know what to do.
I don't have a crapload of money to spend on this, but I need the site back up. I'd like to STAY with shared hosting, if possible, but it seems that every host I go to is going to have a problem with it, iiPanel, Umbra... I just need SOMEPLACE to upload it that wont get my site suspended within a month.
I already own the domain, and I'm getting a refund from my hosting soon. I'd like to get my site moved rather quickly.
Or, if possible, could I host this script on my home computer for a while until I can find some reliable hosting? Is this possible? If so, can someone tell me how?
Please and Thank you.
I don't really care who hosts me right now.hottweelz said:I'll host it. I already offered. Do you need Cpanel or just FTP?
That should not matter. Also I agree with the comments above, I have hosted that script and have never had a problem. If you do have a problem with resource usage again try manually installing the script, it is possible, although unlikely, that it is giving you a bad install. Also if you are still in need of a host I would love to try to help you in anyway I can.corizzle said:I don't really care who hosts me right now.
I'll contact both of you to see how this script fairs on your servers.
Does it matter that I'm not installing it myself?
I'm using a auto-installer.
Does that matter?
