Lower prices or better quality?

We at PTXL just bought three new boxes:
Tyan 1u
Dual Opteron Dual core 270 (2*2*2Ghz)
8GB DDR2 Ram (512MB-1GB for node itself, non-alloc)
4x 146GB 10k rpms
2x 1Gbps nics

This time, instead of making our own choice we're giving customers and non-customers that oportunity.

512MB ram burstable to 1GB + 20GB HDD + 256 GB Bandwidth=> 30$/mo

So, what do you choose, a better price or a better quallity? Why?

Only differences I see are the setup and management for $8 dollars different... I guess for $8 would I would take the management,

I would have said that choice two be around $20-25 w/o management and that long delay to be setup.
