Heres what I want:

500mb
1 or 2 gig bw
2 addon domains
unix/linux based
control panel

I am already hosting at some other server. And plan to use this when the first server is down. It has been down once or twice every month and I do not want my site to be down for half a day every month. As this is my second server I cannot afford to pay more than a few dollars a month. Also as far as the bw goes I may not even use a single byte for the whole month.

Pls reply here or PM me. In your reply please mention in additional to the offer.. how many years you have been hosting, around how many customers you host.

why i mentioned the fact that the server will be my second server is that this wont be used 99% of the time.. and my requirement of 2g bandwidth is the worst case scenerio.. so this is just my second server and will be used only when my main server is down. So when quoting your prices I wanted u to take that into consideration. Space is something I will require .. around 500mb to 1gb shud be good enuff.. and 3 addon domains.. i will end up using less than 1 gb bw ... hope this makes it clear ..

If not... My Company has been doing it for four years... and if your "Main Server" is consistently down... why look for a backup? Shouldn't you just swing your site to a more reliable host to begin with and not need a backup? A host that offers a mirror and/or backup preferably?

And I m not interested in the refunds that I will get from failed guarantees. I signed up for 1and1.com (a reliable big guy) but found the servers very slow (esp for scripts). At present I am hosting at two places with the DNS at a third place which monitors and switches to second server if first fails. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.
