Ya I agree web phprocks.

Not all people can afford paid web hosting. Some people just want to have a website for the enjoyment of it. So we believe that people who use have a personal (non-profit) or charitable website deserves free web hosting.

Yeah, while paid hosting is affordable for most people that can afford a computer and internet connection, there are some sites that just don't make sense to be hosting with pay hosts -- for instance, someone may make a site that is only intended for a limited time event, like a school play or birthday party, after which there will be no more use for the site. In that case it would not make sense to use pay hosting.
