Looking to host 2 php forms

Hey, I need to host 2 php files which contain forms, both files are about 20kb(!) and i don't need more space, i need more bandwidth cause alot of people will be viewing it, 600MB would be perfect (although more would be great) and most important, PHP support.
I also need it to be reliable, have a good uptime, and not close after 2 days.
