looking for someone to host my gaming site(portal + forum)

i'm looking for someone who can host my gaming site, it is a portal together with a forum,.
here's what i will need:

10mb space minimal.
not sure about bandwidth, 2 gig a month?
FTP access
PHP
1 MYSQL database
and no ads please

anyone wanna help me out?

also it is for A soldier of fortune 2: double helix clan, we had a good webby and much hits, but this week the host's server got hacked, and all files are lost, kinda hard to believe :confused2

but anyone out there loving to host a good clan webby?
