Looking for Search advertiser.

I'm looking for an advertiser that would somehow handle my search requests. I'd like to have complete design control over the results page so It would perfectly match my site.

Anything in CPM that pays?

I would recommend revenuepilot. Search feed has alot higher bidding prices But they only allow traffic from US (I think? as they dont allow me and im from Canada, I got another one of my friends to try this just incase it had something to do with my ip address and it also wouldnt allow him to do a seach either)
