Looking for Reseller/Dedicated

Im looking for either a good Reseller host thats been around for at least 6 months (best if its a year or more). My specs are below.
Same goes for dedicated, Im looking for one that is below 100$ a month and has been around for AT LEAST a year (as im paying more i expect more).

RESELLER:
10+ gb space
80+ gb bandwidth
unlimited sites, domains, mysql, email addresses
cpanel, fantastico, WHM the works
99.9% uptime

DEDICATED:
Intel processor
512-1gb ram
red hat linux
99.9% uptime
either 500+gb bandwidth or unmetered 3mbps or 10mbps
80+gb hd with option to upgrade (one-time fee please, i dont see the point in paying 30$ more monthly for a 250gb HD if all you do is install it.)
cpanel, fantastico, WHM the works as well

Best hit a dedicated if you can afford $100, but unmetered won't fit in that budget even for a real low end server (don't think anyone uses cards below 10Mbs anymore either)

Take say $25 off for the controls and Fantastico and $75 should get you a not too bad dedicated, not a Ferarri but it'll run.

Nothing, I did some research and found out they're just as good. Id rather get a reseller to start off and as my business begins to thrive (hopefully) then i'll upgrade to a flexible, dedicated server.
