Sorry but i dont think you will find any hosts here that will allow HYIP. Reliable ones anyway.

Pyramid/MLM/HYIP whatever you call it it is actually illegal in places to carry out this type of business or 'facilitate it' (that's where the host and the DC get boned) including allowing it to be presented in those areas.
You had free hosting from me before if I remember correctly and that's what you did and got binned for your troubles.
