Just a friendly tip, at least invest on a domain name and get your spellings correct before you offer hosting plans, especially if its worth $30!
Also I highly recommend having a TOS! A host without TOS is like a Server without a RAID backup and UPS. When disaster strikes, all is lost!

You still have a lot of things to learn young man. :wink2:

What we ment by no tos is.. pretty much host whatever you would like. But if its something extreme, contact us. So who are you going to take? I have just made an e-gold account..

No, they're saying that everything in your forum is spelled wrong, and all in all, looks as if it's run by a kid. Next, a TOS doesn't only protect you, but it will also let the customer know exactly what they're getting in to.

But what you call extreme and what they call extreme are two different things, if they upload warez, and you get warned for it and you terminate their account THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO SUE YOU!

If you terminate any account saying you’re not allowed to host illegal materials, then you are in the wrong, as its false advertising.
