That can count how many downloads, have file desriptions, author, user uploads etc... ANY LANGUAGE!! pls help..needed asap
 
have you pondered over writing your own or having a custom one written for you ?

I think custom solutions are the best, but i'm biased as I've developed plenty of custom systems
