I might not buy it, but I am looking to upgrade from my reseller in the future. Here are my requirements:

10+ Gigs Disk
100+ Gigs Bandwidth
128 Megs - 512 Megs Dedicated Memory
Burstable to 312 - 1024 Megs Memory
cPanel/WHM or DirectAdmin or Plesk

I just want to see some example prices. :)

u can go for http://www.silviosilva.org (sspt) vps services services is SUPER i m using his services and till today i never face any single second downtime my vps is constantly monitored by third party websites uptime is 100% from last 2 months and i also not reboot my vps from last 2 months its just running perfect.
