Looking for a Link database script

Well does anyone know of a script that allows me to make a link database. By that I mean, someone ads a link to this database and it has categories where this link goes. Also search engine to look for links in the "Link Database" . Well free or not free, i've got a budget of about $50.00 :\ anyone ?

Both are free PHP link directory scripts.

Wow ! Thanks.. Skalinks does nearly everything that I need ! I'll need to edit it a bit but thank you very much !! If anyone else has any programs they know of please say so !! If I can't get any of the programs to work as I need them to i'll ask kradjoe
