My current host has been haveing loads of down time.Its not even funny.

Im running a cheating site for the game runescape.We are community for SCAR and going to be releaseing a bot soon that will bring it tons of traffic.

Your going to be looking at around a few thousand posts a month, if the host even allows illegal material.

Nulled vbull ? thats illegal and no host will allow it esp after knowing that you are going to used nulled scripts.

And not to mention the bandwidth request ......

Stick with your current host then? That's probably the reason they have so much downtime, and any host you change to will likely be the same i'm afraid!

100gb bandwidth is 10%/5% of a server. That is way too much, I don't think a free host can afford to only have 10 or 20 accounts per server.

It's going to be quite hard for you to find a host that will allow you to publish illegal programs or promote illegal activity.
