Load balance between multiple vps, should I?

Until now I was using a windows vps for my hosting.
everything is still on there. IIS, MySQL, AwStats, SmarterMail and SmarterStats.

That VPS has 5Gb space, 200Gb transfer and 256Mb of ram.

Everything is working fine as it is, but yesterday I found a great deal that I just could not pass.
10Gb space, 400Gb tranfer and 640Mb of ram. Also on widows 2003.

Now I'm not sure what to do.

Migrate everything to the new vps? Transfer mysql, mail and stats to the new vps and keep only IIS on the first one? or reverse that?

The first vps costs me nothing. While the second one is 35/mo.

Keeping in mind I only do about 100gb of tranfer per month, what would be the best solution here?

They have a double ram & bandwidth promo till the end of the month
That's why i took the vps, even if I don't really need it heh.

You want a rock solid VPS, but yes that deal is tempting I've never seen such low price.

It's a tempting deal so why don't you go for it? Keep your free VPS on another domain though so you actually have 2 VPS instead of 1.
