I don't find them that reliable, but you get what you pay for.
A pretty decent host overall.
Enough space for a nice legal site and no ads.

Actually they seem to be down right now(6:00pm EST)

- SLOOOOW file manager
- No FTP
- Not very reliable and down from time to time

the used to have FTP and they run a windows server.

The file manager is pretty clunky but I use them for one site, and I find them to be pretty fast and I'd guess about 98% uptime.
