terrible colors, ditch the intro, header is very annoying, and get rid of the background music
colors are very bright indeed, too bright. Try choosing something less intense than red, maybe an orange color, or simply white
lose the intro, the music (unless it is death metal, the only music there should be anywhere) and lessen your use of the red and/or whatever color you finally go with when posting news articles

I don't think it would win any professional awards, but it seems clear to me that it's targeting the younger set, at which point the colors look great! I would ditch the intro, otherwise, it looks good.
looks much better now, but should still ditch the intro page. also, try making the red a blue or something. might look better. not so harsh.
