The server shutdowns only occoured a few times and thats because of someone hammering the server in some way with asp and perl scripts, Opening many many many databases never closing them.. There account was terminated and theres been no more problems.
BTW these server shutdowns never affected it enough to get an uptime lower then 99% as I've stated in other threads.

The only time the server goes down is at
5am central time for about 2 to 3 minutes for a server restart, thats it.
