I did a whois and got this;

Record created: Sun Feb 18 00:04:58 2001
Record last updated on Fri Oct 12 11:01:24 2001
Record expires on Tue Jan 1 21:57:24 2002

According to the above, this domain is only for 1 year. I could be wrong, can anyone else confirm this?

Gyrbo posted a message talking about the free .com.kg domain names. I registered my domain name and added the four servers from mydomain.com:

ns1.mydomain.com 216.34.13.236
ns2.mydomain.com 64.75.34.132
ns3.mydomain.com 64.75.34.140
ns4.mydomain.com 64.75.34.134

What should I do now? should I find free domain hosting?

Also is a .COM.KG domain a one-year-service? Can I resume it after a year?

Now you need to regsiter with mydomain . Nobody knows what happens after 1 year. Someone still needs to tell.

I am already a mydomain.com member and I added my .COM.KG domain to my list. Now I have a problem - I can't register my domain for their database because the whois lookup doesn't recognize .COM.KG domain name types. The only whois that recognized it is the one on the DOMAIN.KG site

Do you know what I should do now?

I thankfully found free .tk domain names :biggrin2:
