Ctrl+V into favourite image editor, get rid of all the shit you don't want, save.

'Cuz I can't think of any free screen shot apps.

The reason why there is a red writing over the screen shot is because I was using one of the trial Screen shot Maker shareware.

And "Save Screen" does not work with my computer, for some reasons.sorry

You can change a keyboard, 98Keyboard is o.k., Just click "Print Screen" button, and Control-V to paste it on Photoshop, remember to save it to Gif file cos Gif is clearer.
