Just get a vbb, cgi based forums are alot slower the php ones anyway, and more stable.

I personally am okay with either but my board's co-owner is very good at CGI scripting so he has already toyed with the board we purchased (who knows how many hacks he has in it already), plus he doesn't know vB at all.
