You seem to like having a whole lot of white areas on your pages (from what I saw from your 3 previous designs), so I'm not going to criticize that anymore.

Looks nice the way it is IMO, except for what I mentioned above. Maybe you can consider putting a fixed background picture, that'll spice things up a bit.

You have way too many META Keywords. Most search engines don't read after 60 keywords anyways. So thin that out.

like Coolin said thin down your keywords a bit. put the most important ones first, and dont repeat.

You need some text contrast in your left side long listing.

In other words, Make titles Bolded, colored, bigger, something, just so we can follow along your listing.

The girl makes it look better than if it was just white. I only have two things that bother me:

[*]The CSS scroll bar looks shitty, loose it.
[*]The text line spacing is to close together, add about 1-2 pixels in there.

Otherwise it looks good even though it did give me a headache .

Why is it all cramped up in the corner there? I don't like sites that have 3 words a line in a tiny column.
