Is it good offer if we buy 7$ year a web hosting?

When I search for cheap web hosting for my website, then I find a website name hosterne.com that provides a different shared package. Each package has its own features. So, I see a package that costs 7$ for a year and also the renewal price is same. Can you suggest I go with it or I go for other companies?
