What do you guys think? WHich host is better http://ipowerweb.com or http://hostdime.com ?

Which is better. Why is ipowerweb on the top 10 web hosts on each web host review?

No idea why they are in top 10 each month, maybe they paid more? I would recommend you SolidInternet and BliksemHosting though.
