No IPB 1.3 isn't free. If you already have 1.3 on your computer before IPB went to paid then you can use it but you need a license if you don't, but if you get a license why have 1.3? why not have 2.1? :biggrin2:

you DONT need a licence for IPB 1.3 BUT you DO need one for 1.3.1, as it is under a trial version. There was an unlimited trial version for 2.0 that was released by mistake, but is STILL LEGAL. It is ILLEGAL to redistribute the files for BOTH 2.0 AND 1.3.

You do need a license for IPB 1.3 :p IPB is no longer free from 1.3+, 1.2 is free but can't be found on IPS's site be can be found in a cPanel :biggrin2:
