Internet Explorer Question

I feel stupid now. Maybe because its 1am here and I'm tired (and very hot). I need to turn javascript on in IE. I'm trying to use it in a chat room but everytime it comes up with the little error box! :confused:
 
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

It's under there somplace. I don't remember exactly where and I don't feel like opening up IE just to see.
 
It is either under microsoft VM or browsing in the advanced section. I think it is different on other os's so it should be one of the two
