Interersted in starting Graphics Community?

I'm basically willing to supply the domain, hosting, etc. for someone willing to start their own graphics community. You could say it's kind of like a sponsor. Of course I'm looking for someone will experience, so if you just don't have the money but have the talent and envy in starting a graphics community, feel free to contact me.

He does a lot of really nice work. He does cg also and is always looking for opportunities like this. I'm just not able to host him on a large scale as he tends to eat a lot of bandwidth when it comes to some of his bigger projects.
