no can do, our script is designed to ALLOW file types, not DISALLOW file types.
If you want a file type allowed just ask me.
 
yes, php is allowed, we also allow MySql - so you can run pretty much anything.

not at all! new users always need a helping hand - I've been in your position myself:)
you can log into phpmyadmin with the same details as those for your control panel and ftp.
you should have received this via email.
if you've forgotten your password, you can go too.

also - have you activated your account?
when you sign up, you get an email to the email you supplied that allows you to verify your account and log in:)

I'm using firefox and I'm getting no issues at all.
what problems are you encountering with ff?
in fact 98% (no joke) of our hits are with ff, and I haven't heard any issues:s
