index html!!!

There were something wrong with my host as it can't index my index.php3 as the main page when entering with the domain so is there anyways using the .htaccess to make it index to the index.php3?

thanks for replying...that doesnt work...i get a script error msg when i put that to my htaccess

Is your host running a RaQ Server. Also you can try renaming the file to index.php or index.phtml

If your .htaccess is setup correctly, then DirectoryIndex index.php3 should work. Well, it works for me on other servers (ie, F2S).

It depends on what options your host has allowed you to specify in your .htaccess file.

Contact your host and ask if they allow you to override DirectoryIndex in your htaccess file.
