In Need of a Inexpensive Web Hosting Service

I am looking for a inexpensive, under $4 a month / under $25 a year web hosting service. I want at least 100mb of space and support for FrontPage. I was thinking of 3-95... http://www.3-95.com. Is this service good? Anything else I should get? Thanks.

that tells your site would be ultra slow

#2 the layout took 10 mins, no creativity put into it

i have the biggest package with them (33.95 monthly)

but they are very fast and cheap

another host i use is hostonce.com

but i would definately pick myacen.com over all of the competition

3-95.com has been brought up many times over at WHT. Here is a list of threads I found from doing a search:

So far I have not heard a single bad word about them at all. From what I remember there servers are hosted at RackShack.net which is the same place as myacen.com which is stated above.

I am afraid perhaps not...because the rules state:

Hosts may NOT respond to general questions posted by members who are looking for advice/opinions on which host to choose.

For instance, if someone asks, "I need at least 20 MB and FrontPage 98 support for less than $15, which host do you recommend?", then clearly this question is not directed to a webhost. It is directed to other webmasters who would be able to recommend a service.
