please make sure chinese can be use in the space page

Good luck, you will need it.

Most free webhostings do not allow adult/porn because it consumes far too much bandwidth, then again, what does the hoster get in return ?
Also most webhostings here do not allow chinese sites.

Maybe you should consider to setup your own server, get a webhost in China, or even better - look for paid hosting instead.

If the chinese requests are that much, then why does none of the chinese people here start a webhosting for them ?
And why are there so little chinese webhosts advertising their free webservices ?

Because majority of uses free space person is student, they has no money to buy a hosting. adults all do not play that in China
