big banner on regular ifrance site

on the regular ifrance sites its has big banner in iframe on bottom of every page. on this eurosport/ifrance no ads so far and the ftp seems good and fast

What's the bandwidth, and have they got a file size limit. A little more of information please

file size limit: 1 MB

BUT if its a Real Video/Audio file it can be any size.
