i Would like to have like a WEBSITE server i got an FTP server running but now i need a server that ca like HOST

I'm going to try and make my own Free Webhost with stuff (NO I'M NOT SPAMMING) but i need like stuff i got PHPtraid but when i go to the PHPadmin area it gives me this error:

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in C:\apache\htdocs\phpmyadmin\lib.inc.php on line 255

Idon't get it as i'm only 13 years old i'm still young and i need to learn at one stage...

Anyway the errors got to do with
C:\apache\htdocs\phpmyadmin\lib.inc.php
Can you paste the contents in here [with out the pwd]

Maybe you didn't entered the correct Password and username? ANyway, get Apache, PHP and MySQL configured youself, saves a lot of troubles later.
